Exchange & Return Policy
1. Items must be returned in original & good condition with all tags attached. The white sticker label must not be torn. Once opened, the item is considered SOLD.
2. Items must be returned within 7 working days from the date of the purchase.
3. Return/Exchange of items is subject to stock availability.
4. Discounted/Sales items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
5. Customers must consult our person-in-charge first before proceeding with return/exchange.
6. Postage fee of RM8 (SM) & RM13 (SS) will be charged for return/exchange.
DEFECT WARRANTY
1. For defect items, box/ packaging must be kept as proof.
2. All information requested by our admin must be provided regarding the defect item/s.
3. Contact our Customer Service team at +60109290209 and provide your order number for
reference.
4. The postage cost will be borne by us.
